A year-long pilot program will give potential customers the opportunity to sample the program through a 12-month trial offer. It also allows EAP providers to introduce their products and services to the marketplace while gathering HIPAA-compliant market information that will give them a better understanding of the market, so they can fine-tune their offer.
The pilot program management has yet to be determined. The program will produce quantitative and qualitative data that will be analyzed by Masi Research Consultants, world-renown experts in EAPs.
Once the L.E.E.P. product has been developed it will be introduced to the broader marketplace via brokers, chambers of commerce, associations, health fairs and advertising. L.E.E.P.’s full line of products and services will be rolled out in phases, beginning with traditional EAP services, then expanding to include wellness programs, financial education, small business coaching/consulting and life coaching.
Intermediaries will embed the products in their product line, positioning them as value-added services. A designated EAP will assist consortium partners with its call centers and capitation management. Each of the partners will provide a consultant to work one-to-one with the intermediary. The individual consultants will monitor the program and synthesize reports.
The employee is encouraged by all of the stakeholders to “L.E.E.P. to a Better Life.” Incentives will be put in place to motivate employees to participate and complete questionnaires. To redeem rewards and obtain services, employees will be directed to vendor web pages, enhancing vendor visibility.
